 We are thrilled to announce that The Confident DON: A Masterclass for New LTC Nurse Leaders has officially been scheduled to begin on November 18 & 19, 2025! Registration for this DON Masterclass will include two days of in-person learning (November 18 & 19), followed by a few Zoom check-ins to provide additional support to attendees.

The focus of this year's DON Masterclass is to support and elevate new DON's in the expertise needed for their position related to:
  • Clinical Skills
  • Administrative Needs
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Leadership/Management
  • Soft Skills
This Masterclass is intended for new DONs, but any current DON or individual interested in becoming a DON is welcome to attend.

Continuing Education

This educational event has been approved for 14.5 continuing education hour in the core of Administration for Licensed Adult Care Home Administrators, Adult Care Home Operators and Dietitians by the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services. Health Occupations and Credentialing approved provider number (LTS A0009).
