LeadingAge Kansas provider members, direct care staff, local workforce boards, educational institutions, policymakers, chambers of commerce, and hospitals are invited to join us this summer for our 2026 Aging Services Workforce Roundtables. After a brief recap of last year's discussion, participants will break into groups to create actionable steps to address local workforce challenges. This collaborative effort aims to strengthen the aging services and overall healthcare workforce.
