KING, the group-funded workers compe nsation program for members of LeadingAge Kansas, is pleased to sponsor the 2019 Safety Webinars.
Overview:
The first part
of the webinar will focus on Job Hazard Analysis. The steps involved in i
dentifying potential hazards in the job, preventative measures and matching
the appropriate personal protective equipment will be discussed. The seco
nd part of the webinar will discuss the safe use and storage of compressed
gas.

John Juresic is the Senior Loss Cont
rol Consultant with Thomas McGee. John provides loss control services for
the KING program. John has over 27 years of experience in safety with a ma
jor insurance company. His education and background are in consulting with
clients on safety matters, and he was the regional leader for his prior co
mpany for ergonomic evaluations.
Travis Bennett is a Loss Control Rep resentative with Thomas McGee and began working with KING members 7 years a go. He holds numerous safety certifications and professional memberships. Previously, Travis was the Environmental Safety & Health Specialist fo r Black & Veatch/Overland Contracting and the Safety Specialist and Saf ety Manager for Walton Construction Company.
Kevin McFarland is the P resident and Administrator of the KING program, now in its 30th year. He has been with LeadingAge Kansas for over 33 years. Kevin is a li censed insurance agent and social worker; and previously held the position of Director of Social Services at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community.
