LPN or RN Charge Nurse
Pratt Regional Medical Center seeks LPN or RN Charge Nurse to render professional nursing services in the treatment and care of assigned residents in accordance with physicians' orders. Provides for the comfort and well-being of residents by assessing condition, providing treatments and administering prescribed drugs and documenting progress and other observations. Coordinates nursing care for residents and participates in resident and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other resident team personnel in maintaining standards. Provides general nursing care to residents in the facility. Job Qualifications: Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Kansas. CPR certified. 12 hour shifts offered. (6a-6p or 6p-6a) Compensation/Benefits: Competitive wages and excellent fringe benefit program. Clinical Care Coordinator (RN)
Pratt Regional Medical Center seeks RN nurse manager who is committed to provide residents/guests with quality individualized healthcare, to meet federal, state and local regulations and coordinates clinical care delivery within the extended care setting. This RN will supervise all nursing staff on their assigned unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participation in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
