Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Evergreen Community of Johnson County is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager. Position is responsible for: 
•Interview, train, evaluate, assist in discipline in coordination with Director of Nutrition
•Assist/coordinate job duties for each level of food service personal
•Oversee work scheduled to ensure adequate staff to cover each shift
•Assist Director of Nutrition in budgets for a cost-effective program
•Manage revenue generating services•Use forecasts, food waste records, inventory and equipment records to plan the purchase of food, supplies and equipment
•Justify improvements in the department design and layout in coordination with Director of Nutrition

Nurse Manager
Asbury Park is searching for an RN to manage 43 skilled nursing beds in a traditional nursing environment. Direct reports include CNA, CMA, LN’s, CRA, Activities, and Medical Transportation. Prior supervisory experience preferred. This will be a great opportunity for nurses interested in management. The nurse manager provides support in conjunction with the DON by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit. Also contributes by their commitment to nursing goals, supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community quality initiatives. Maintains communication with patients, families, support departments, etc. to adequately plan for patient needs. Must be knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post-acute care facility. Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department. Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: nursing care, supervisory responsibilities, infection control, patient rights, life safety, and sanitation. This position is a day shift, M-F 8-4:30 pm with the potential for weekend needs as the 24-hr responsibility of the unit is managed by this nurse.
