Amazon Smiles

Shop Amazon Smiles to have a small portion of your purchase benefit our Scholarship Fund! You must designate us as your preferred charity before the dollars will come to us. Visit the page and designate  "LeadingAge Kansas Foundation." as your preferred charity.

You can also designate us in the Amazon App and a portion of your purchases will go to the Foundation.  

How it works:

1. Open the Amazon app on your phone
2. Select the main menu (=) & tap on "AmazonSmile" within Programs & Features
3. Select "Leadingage Kansas Foundation" as your charity
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate AmazonSmile in the mobile app

Dillons Community Rewards Program

If you are a Dillons Plus Card Holder, you can designate us as your charity of choice and a portion of your purchase will go to our scholarship fund.

Here are the directions:

• Members must visit our website at www.dillons.com/communityrewards
• Click on "Enroll Now"
• Enter our 5-digit NPO (66210) and search
• Select LeadingAge Kansas Foundation and click on "Enroll"

If you don’t have an online Dillons Account, here is how to sign up:

• Visit our website at www.dillons.com/communityrewards
• Click on "Register" at the top of the page
• Enter your email address, password, zip code (select preferred store) and check the box if you desire to receive email communication from us
• Click on "Create Account" at the bottom of the page
• You will receive an email confirmation to your inbox, to activate your account click on the link in the body of the email and enter your sign in information to confirm
• Go through the steps above to enroll in the Community Rewards Program
