Updated Safety Procedures as of March 23, 2022

Highlights:

• No testing required before conference
• Masks will be optional
• Safety Screening on-site will still be required - powered by AccuShield

LeadingAge Kansas has made the decision to no longer require at home tests to be submitted to attend the conference and we will not have a mask mandate. LeadingAge Kansas will be monitoring case rates and variants and will make the necessary changes closer to the event if it is needed. We will have health screening prior to and on-site for the Spring Conference & Expo. This will be provided by Accushield, our Health Screening Partner. The health screening will be your standard questionnaire and temperature check. We will be sharing more information soon, but please join us for our Friday Weekly Webinar on Friday, April 8th because Accushield will be joining us to share how screening will work and be available to answer any questions you have. 

Personal Choice Supported

Although we have made the decision to be flexible with our protocols, we do completely support each individual's personal choices. If you are more comfortable being masked please do so. We plan to have friendly ways to share each individuals comfort level marked on your badge if you prefer. Also, there we will do our best with seating to make sure it is spaced appropriately and that their are options for those who would prefer more physical distancing.
